Mills with a cylinder made of structural steel plates according to ASTM A 283 Gr C norm, welded to 02 flanges of cast steel, supplied with 02 manholes. Heads include integral trunnions for rod mills and interchangeable bolted trunnion for ball mills. Main self-aligning bearings oil lubricated. They include austenitic manganese steel liners for impact and abrasion resistance.

Transmission between the electric motor and the countershaft by gear reducer in oil bath, parallel axles according to AGMA specs joined by flexible couplings. The metal base is designed for heavy-duty and is made of machined welded structural steel plates.

COMESA´s crushers are characterized by their high performance including low operation and maintenance costs. They are very robust and provide efficient service for long periods with minimal stops.

The main frame sections are made of reinforced cast steel for heavy work. It is heat-treated to remove residual stresses after welding. Larger models are double toggled allowing them to handle larger loads.

On the other hand, our conical crushers, usually used for secondary and tertiary crushing,  have an automatic system of protection against breakdowns generally caused by the entry of non crushables. The crushing size is adjustable while the equipment is in operation.

COMESA´s apron feeders are manufactured in order to resist the most severe work conditions, abrasion, and impact. Their design is excellent for transferring large size rocks. Made of manganese steel plates supported by a rolling system. This system receives the impact of the minerals as they fall and avoid the deflection of the apron feeder caused by the effect of its own weight and the material that is being transported.

COMESA has apron feeders from 30” to 72”, along with standard and custom lengths (depending on customer requirements).
